Great Yarmouth partners with Boodles ahead of the Eastern Festival
12th August 2025 – Great Yarmouth Racecourse will partner with luxury jewellery brand Boodles ahead of the popular three-day Eastern Festival which runs from Tuesday 16th September to Thursday 18th September.
Eastern Festival Gents Day signals the start of the meeting on Tuesday 16th September and over 15,000 people will attend the track across the three days. Boodles will sponsor Ladies Day which takes place on Thursday 18th September, the final day of the Eastern Festival.
The Eastern Festival is the highlight of Great Yarmouth’s racing calendar with £300,000 in prize-money up for grabs across the duration of the meeting.
James Amos, Boodles Managing Director, said: “Boodles is delighted to add Yarmouth to its portfolio of flat sponsorship for 2025. The three-day Eastern Festival is well established in the calendar and continues to grow in popularity with the local community and with racegoers from further afield”.
He added: “We look forward to partnering with the course for Ladies Day and maintaining our strong ties with the racing industry across both codes.”
The John Musker Fillies’ Stakes (Listed), which takes place on the middle day is the headline race of the meeting, with the likes of So Mi Dar (2016), Fanny Logan (2019) and Sound Angela (2024) all featuring on the races roll of honour in recent years.
