A huge part of coming to races can be what to wear. At Great Yarmouth we reflect the seaside setting and are quite casual and relaxed. However, if you are in hospitality a stricter dress code may be enforced. Find your enclosure below and click through to see any dress codes you need to adhere to.
In our private hospitality, restaurants, champagne bar and premier enclosure, the dress code is smart casual, which includes smart jeans and tailored shorts with smart footwear. Sportswear, beachwear including flip flops, casual shorts and ripped jeans are not permitted.
Grandstand
A casual more relaxed attire is permitted in the Grandstand. Please remember to consider the weather and dress accordingly. (Gentleman are requested to keep their shirts on at all times)
Feature Race Days
On our feature race days, racegoers do enjoy dressing up for the occasion, with many wearing dresses and donning hats, but this is not obligatory. Don't forget men can join us too.
